The
Hatteras 65 C wears the crown as Hatteras Yachts’ most
successful sportfishing yacht in its 40-year history, thanks to its
reputation as an agile, tournament-savvy champion. Her stylish
superstructure complements the superior sea-keeping hull that has been
touted time and again for its dry, smooth ride.
The 65 offers a standard open bridge featuring a power-actuated console,
standard electronics package and extended bridge deck. The port and
starboard lounges provide ample seating and additional storage
underneath. Insulated and refrigerated drink boxes are conveniently
located on the bridge.
An optional enclosed flybridge with interior stairwell from the salon is
also available, featuring an aft control station for backing down on a
fish or backing into a slip. This option includes a wet bar with
combination refrigerator/freezer.
The 65 offers a roomy four-stateroom, three-head arrangement. The master
stateroom boasts a queen-size berth, entertainment center and lots of
storage. The bow stateroom also features queen-size accommodations while
the starboard and crew staterooms have upper and lower berths. An
optional three-stateroom arrangement is available with an athwartship
master stateroom.
The elegant salon provides the perfect place to relax at the end of the
day – dim the lights and set the mood for a intimate dinner prepared in
the fully equipped galley. Or host friends and family while enjoying
music or movies from the entertainment center. A curved companionway
stairwell to the below-deck accommodations, rounded moldings and fluted
wood valances with wood blinds all add to the beauty of this luxurious,
ocean-going hideaway.
The 183-square-foot cockpit boasts a molded-in bait and tackle center
with sink and faucet, double-size bait freezer, transom fish box and a
starboard drink box. But it gets even better - an 80-inch fish box with
macerator, an abundance of rod holders, and saltwater and freshwater
washdowns are also standard on the Hatteras 65. |
